A space that allows moments of contemplation and light sensations that enhance peace in an encounter with oneself. This is the “Terno” Loft (IN), an environment designed by architect Ticiane Lima in partnership with Evviva, for the CASACOR SP 2023 Exhibition, held from May 30th to August 6th, at Conjunto Nacional – Avenida Paulista, 2073.
The 147m² distributed in living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and garden, are an invitation to an atmosphere of contemplation, well-being and tranquility, in a search for the complete serenity that surrounds you. Its name, (IN) “Tender”, comes from tenderness, affection and delicacy, which allows you to experience various forms of emotions and feelings, in addition to enhancing the spirit of peace. Wood – a raw material that refers to the sense of welcome and comfort – is one of the highlights of the environment, present on both floors; ground floor and upper. Exploring the Pau Ferro pattern, which has an organic design with a lot of personality, Evviva used this woody pattern throughout the furniture and panels in the living room, kitchen and in the intimate area on the upper floor.
