With a minimalist and elegant concept, architect Ticiane Lima had in mind the creation of several scenes of relaxation that permeate every angle of her space, the loft (IN) Terno, at Casa Cor SP, as a refuge amidst the hustle and bustle of the city of São Paulo. According to her, even in the face of the chaos of the megalopolis, the space allows visitors to silence and disconnect from the stressful rush of everyday life.

Ticiane believes in architecture inspired by human behavior, the passage of time, and the way in which things change and adapt. Even though the planet’s pace is becoming increasingly faster, more intense and more urgent, all of her projects are new and reflect the true meaning of well-being and self-care.

“The design of the project, translated into Evviva’s furniture, was based on the idea of creating a timeless environment that could be designed for any place in the world. A loft that conveys well-being and promotes self-knowledge of the resident in the place they live,” explains the architect.

According to the architect, the difference comes from the elements used, such as the Pau Ferro pattern, the marble, pebbles from the garden, as well as the exposed slab and beams, which together with the space become unique, maintaining the calm of the environment. The curvature of the staircase stands out, which made a raw material like steel so light and fluid in a poetic way.
