No. Evviva works with franchised stores spread across the main cities in Brazil and has professionals specialized in serving customers and architects.

Do I need a project to buy the furniture?

It is necessary to develop a project to perfectly adapt the furniture to your environment. This project can be developed by your architect or by one of our designers who work in stores.

Are you present in other countries?

Do you produce custom furniture?

Yes. The modules are manufactured piece by piece, allowing customization of measurements and colors or patterns.

Do you produce furniture for outdoor areas?

No. Our furniture is not suitable for outdoor use.

How much does it cost to buy an Evviva furniture?

The price can vary greatly depending on the project, accessories and finishes chosen. To have a budget, you need to carry out a project and define the finishes and accessories.

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

Parts may suffer damage during the transport process. Normally, the assembly team rejects damaged parts and forwards them to Technical Assistance. Do you assemble furniture?

Can I assemble my Evviva furniture while the space is still under construction?

We definitely do not recommend that furniture assembly be carried out by any team other than the franchised store team, which will result in the loss of the warranty.

Are the accessories that Evviva uses imported?

What is the warranty period and how do I request technical assistance?

What type of raw material is used to manufacture Evviva furniture?

Evviva uses ecological wooden substrates from reforestation areas, specifically for the manufacture of furniture. The stems of trees such as pine or eucalyptus are used. What is the best way to clean my Evviva furniture?
